Orangevale Real Estate
The community of Orangevale has a full range of
rental and single family housing which includes older,
affordable family homes. The community is northeast of downtown
Sacramento. It gained its name because of its agricultural roots.
Today the orange groves groves are gone but the community has
kept growing and today has a population of approximately 27,000.
Orangevale dots the rolling hills, the oak trees and trails
provide a rural feel in some neighborhoods within the community.
There are single family homes, and house ranches with vacant land
zoned for houses.
The neighborhoods have
excellent schools for the children of the community.
